Dr. Alexander Schauss goes through what the amino acid
L-Arginine is and its many roles in the body.
Dr. Alexander Schauss is the senior director of Natural
Medicinal Products Research at AIBMR Life Sciences. He received
his undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees at the
University of New Mexico at Albuquerque and California Coast
University in Santa Ana, respectively. Dr. Schuass has a
doctorate degree in clinical psychology. He completed
post-graduate studies at the universities of New Mexico,
Washington – Seattle, Washington – Tacoma and Puget Sound. He
also did continuing education studies at the University of Texas
Medical Branch at Galveston and California State University –
Fullerton.
Dr. Schauss has held faculty positions at the Southwest College
Research Institute at Scottsdale in Arizona, Southwest College
of Nauropathic Medicine and Health science in Tempe, Arizona,
National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon.
He has also taught courses at Bastyr University in Seattle,
Washington and was on the Director of BioSocial Research
Graduate School, City University in Seattle, Washington.
Dr. Schuass is an authorith on the effects of diet and nutrition
on brain function, behavioral performance and intelligence. He
has also appeared on several radio and television shows. Dr.
Schauss has authored or co-authored 16 books and more than 125
scientific papers.
